Delete your account

Effective July 31, 2026

You can ask for your Lisano account to be deleted at any time, without signing in and without installing the app.

How to make the request

Send an email to info@lisano.app with the subject “Delete account” and the email address the account was created with.

No form, no account and no phone call is needed. An email is enough.

What happens next

I acknowledge your request within 3 working days. The deletion itself then happens within the statutory period of one month under Art. 12(3) GDPR.

If you have had no acknowledgement within 3 working days, the email did not arrive — please send it again.

What gets deleted

Lisano has not been released, so there are no accounts and no content yet. Once there are, this page will list which categories of data the deletion covers and which data is exempt because a statutory retention period applies to it.
