Delete your account

Effective July 31, 2026

You can ask for your Lisano account to be deleted at any time, without signing in and without installing the app.

How to make the request

Send an email to info@lisano.app with the subject “Delete account” and the email address the account was created with.

No form, no account and no phone call is needed. An email is enough.

What happens next

I acknowledge your request within 3 working days. The deletion itself then happens within the statutory period of one month under Art. 12(3) GDPR.

If you have had no acknowledgement within 3 working days, the email did not arrive — please send it again.

What gets deleted

Deletion covers your account, your diary entries, your todos, the transcripts made from them, and the identifiers tied to your account.

Server logs are not included. They hold nothing you wrote; how long they are kept is stated in the privacy policy.

Revoking access is a different thing

If you take Lisano's access away in your Google or Microsoft account settings, you can no longer sign in. The data already stored is not deleted by that — it stays with me. To be rid of it, you need the deletion request above.
